VDAR Lucy 4361 – Reg. # 17950744
She sells! Or the choice to buy her dynamic 2022 heifer calf by VDAR Deputy 7290. 4361 is the dam of the high-selling bred heifer at the 2019 NILE to Dixie Farms Angus, Gloster, LA, who is now a donor in their program.

7936 is a powerfully made, heavy-muscled female from the Beauty cow family. Her mother, Beauty 3345, is a 9-yr-old who is still a prominent producer in the herd!

An impressive 4-yr-old daughter of VDAR Cedar Wind 5126. Out of the POLLY cow family that has a great presence in the VDAR herd! Her MOTHER and her HEIFER CALF also sell!
VDAR Beauty 6357 – Reg #: 18591482
A moderate-framed, excellent-structured female who has been one of the highest producers in her contemporary group. 6357 has a calving interval of 365 on five calves, and traces back to the famed Beauty 2228. Her first calf, sired by VDAR Cedar Wind 512, sold for $12,500 to James Hall in Tennessee.

A daughter of VDAR Beauty 6357, this heifer calf is the most powerfully made female 6357 has ever had. Her sire, VDAR MAGA 7190, was the second high selling bull in our 2021 Bull Sale. Selling to Tom Varilek and Family, Geddes, South Dakota. The 7190 calves are powerfully made and have tremendous growth.

9230 is a muscular, attractive daughter of VDAR Sonny Boy 1194. She combines this with great structure and an impressive EPD profile. Her heifer calf also sells.
VDAR Lass 6361 – Reg #: 18586972
Powerfully made, VDAR Lass 6361, has a unique combination of high-production and low birth weight. She is well balanced and has extra muscle and substance. Her 2021 heifer calf was the pick of the VDAR herd by Stellpflug Cattle Company, Glenrock, Wyoming. Her heifer calf by Gallatin also sells.

A high-volumed, heavy-muscled, easy-keeping female, who is very structurally sound. Sired by VDAR Hero 7072, and out of the Polly cow family, she is a definitely low birth-weight candidate.

She has a calving interval of 364 on 5 calves. Big, stout, heavy-muscled female, she’s been a consistently good producer. She is the maternal sister to our high selling heifer calf in our 2015 online female sale to Ryan Smith, Sweet Water Ranch, Fairview, UT, for $11,500.

Dam has a calving interval of 364 on 5 calves. A fancy Gallatin heifer calf out of one of the most complete producers in the sale offering. 2415’s maternal sister from last year sold as the pick of our heifer calves in 2021 to Stellpflug Cattle Co., Glenrock, WY. Truly one of the most dynamic heifer calves in the sale!

A big, powerful donor for VDAR, she is a maternal sister to VDAR MAGA 3068, who sired the high-selling sire group in our 2021 Bull Sale. She is sired by VDAR Hero 7072, who is also the sire of VDAR Sonny Boy 1194. This is a great young potential donor for any program.

Donor Dam! She records 5 calves at 375 days. One of her sons brought $9,500 to R7 Ranch, Fairfield, ND. Her mother is a 10-year-old donor cow for us as well as the dam of VDAR Twenty Twenty (his service sells). She has a 366-day calving interval on 9 head. She has had many high-selling sons including a ¾ brother to 6491 to Steve Quacka, Mazon, IL, for $8,500 and a flush-mate to Twenty Twenty for $8,000 to Tom Brockel, Bison, SD. 6491’s granddam is still here with a 364-day interval on 11 head; her sons have sold for over a $7,000 average including one for $10,000 to R7 Ranch, Fairfield, ND. Both her dam and granddam are AI bred for January. Her great granddam was here until 12 years old; with her sons averaging $7,500, selling to Mark & Dennis Namminga, Avon, SD; GMG Ranch, Milnor, ND; Bernard Betz, Clearmont, WY; and Day Angus, Meadow, SD.
VDAR Rosetta 6436 – Reg #: 18409626
Donor and Pathfinder dam and granddam! She has 5 calves at a 363-day interval. Her mother had 10 calves at a 365-day interval before entering our donor program. She was a tremendous cow who lived to 14 years old. Her sons sold very well with one of 6436’s flush mates bringing $9,500 to Moore Livestock, Two Dot, MT. They have sold across Idaho, Montana and South Dakota. 6436’s granddam is the foundation cow of our Rosetta cow family. She came to us from Krauth Angus in Creston, IA, as a heifer. 3762 was her first calf. She did a tremendous job for us and had a calving interval of 364 days on 13 head. She was the dam of VDAR Four Corners 8232 who sold for $18,000 to Deitz Angus, Sentinel Butte, ND. She also had a son sell to Starr & Varilek Angus, Geddes, SD, for $16,000. The high-selling bull of the 2009 Bull Sale was also out of her, selling to Shooting Arrow Angus, Stanford, MT.
VDAR Lass 6499 – Reg #: 18409668
Pathfinder and Donor! Donor dam and great granddam! 6499 is a cow that is making her presence known here. She was held open and flushed after posting her first 3 calves with a 362-day calving interval and ratios of 105 @ birth, 110 @ weaning, and 104 @ yearling. Her only son to sell so far brought $9,000 to R7 Ranch, Fairfield, ND. Her only grandson to sell so far brought $10,000 to C-4 Land & Cattle, Perkins, OK. We have embryo calves on the ground with more on the way, and in the tank. Her mother, 4100, is a donor who has done very well for us. She had a 359-day calving interval before entering the donor program. 4100 has a record of 99 @ birth, 103 @ weaning, and 106 @ yearling. We’ve sold embryos from her to Kentucky and one of her sons brought $10,000 in the sale this year to Reiss Angus Ranch, Dunn Center, ND. Her granddam was here until 10 years old and did a tremendous job for us. Her great granddam is 17 years old and still in production as a donor for Ginger Hill Angus in Virginia. 5714 is a daughter of Lass 5186 (the foundation of the Lass family and much of our herd) and Leachman Right Time.
